The employment bouns is recognized to employers that activate a labor contract (open-ended, fixed-term 6-12 months, fixed-term ≥ 12 months).
The bonus, paid directly by INPS, is diversified by type of contract signed, the profiling of young man and territorial differences.
The support can also be activated when traineeship or Civil Service is transformed in an employment contract mentioned above.
By Decree on January 23, 2015, amending the 8 August 2014 n.1709, it makes possible the cumulation of the bonus with other incentives or national and regional tax relief excluded the use regarding the higher education apprenticeship.
