Young people between 15 and 18 years old in a drop out position and subjected to educational right / duty but not included in any training program, are encouraged in personal  growth to develop relations of educational care, aimed to a possible future employment.

The specific actions to be undertaken, with paths of max 1600 hours, are:
• Design, implementation, verification and reflection on educational activities aimed to support an appropriate idea of ​​school in the complexity of local social life
• Application of effective educational practices addressed to complex educational tasks
• Working groups integrated to prevent any leakage phenomenon of personal resources
• Support to young people in the early stages of  educational and social transition
