The training is aimed to providing employment skills to facilitate labor market entry. It analyze the young man potential and the businesses needs. The professional profiles, previously identified in the Directory of Basilicata region, are designed in compliance with the minimum standards for regional training, certification and attestation.

It is provided the participation in individual and collective training modules:
• Training Modules related to Specialized training - Economic Areas Professional
• Training Modules related to Transversal Skills (Computer Science, Languages, etc. Duration variable according to the chosen module)

The training, between 50  and 100 hours, includes:
• designation of the training;
• learning objectives: capacity / skills, knowledge;
• professional profile reference;
• duration (in hours);
• prerequisites entrance;
• training content;
• economic sectors (max 3) under which it is structured the training aimed to providing future employment;

Distance learning methodologies are not allowed.

Companies that hire a young Neet, 15 to 29 years old, at the end of training courses, are eligible for financial incentives for recruitment provided by Youth Guarantee (Bonus employment).
