The support to job path defines a personal plan that can support young people in start-up a work experience through opportunities research. The support is provided with actions of tutoring and matching (meetings and discussions). The aim is also to increase individual skills for future autonomy and management of active job search.

The actions undertaken are:

  • Support in active job search
  • Support work placements in the first phase

The first action (support in active job search) associates specific services, such as:

  • scouting (exploration) opportunities
  • promoting skills of young people in labor market
  • matching (meetings and discussions) with respect to individual characteristics and propensities  
  • pre-selection

In the first stage of labor insertion, actions are conducted through:

  • mentoring designed to facilitate the integration
  • assistance in the individual contract needs
  • assistance in the definition of the educational project of the apprenticeship contract
