The second level orientation phase, during informational interview, analyzes, in detail, the life experience of the young people and their job and training background.
It is aimed primarily at those most isolated from the labor market. In this case there is the need to build a concrete professional planning or actions to whom have not completed their education yet.
There are several approaches based on the context and the personal background. Even if the processes are approximate, second level orientation is divided essentially into three phases:
- Analysis of the needs of young people and identification of objectives to be achieved
- Reconstruction of personal history (training and job)
- Definition of a personal project in support of the specific problem / transition
The orientation activities conducted by specialized professionals are realized through:
- Individual interviews
- Group workshops in exclusive function of user requirements
- Grids, structured forms, validated and standardized analysis tools
