The first phase of reception is a prerequisite to access to the various measures of Youth Guarantee program. The goal is to support the youth in building their own path in career opportunities. Within four months from the first orientation meeting, it will be proposed to young people a training or job opportunity to access the labor market.

The individual path must respect the personal characteristics identified by the profiling and it will be shared with the declaration of mutual responsibility (Activation Pact).

Actions in this first phase are:

• Building / update personal form about personal professional registry;
• Information on the labor market in own territory, with particular attention to the leading sectors and profiles required;
• Evaluation of needs expressed by young man;
• Find the measures that can be activated in relation to the personal socio-professional characteristics;
• Signing Pact Activation with activities / measures / services choosed. 
• Any reference to other operators authorized to provide the services and to manage the subsequent measures. 
• Technical and operational support for the development of skills such as public speaking, to have an individual interview; curriculum sending etc.
