Promoters oversee the internship regularity and its quality. They follow the young people and their training or job programs.
The promoters can be:

• Basilicata Region;
• Job Centres and the Provincial Education Agency;
• Public entities (individuals or associations);
• Universities and Higher Education Institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education;
• Educational institutions with legal value;
• Public centers accredited by the Basilicata Region;
• Bilateral Agencies;
• Right to Education Regional Agency;
• Therapeutic communities, institutions and auxiliary social cooperatives entered in specific regional registers; 
• Voluntary Associations and Social promotion associations;
• National and Regional Parks;
• Agencies as in-house entities of the Labour and Social Policy Ministry.

A promoter may NOT be simultaneously the host for the same training. The Basilicata region can support, through specific measures, promoters' promotion and qualification.

The promoter must:

• stipulate the agreement and the training project in collaboration with the host;
• assign a mentor for internship duration;
• promote the activation of the training experience supporting host in management of administrative procedures;
• pay the compensation provided to the trainee;
• collaborate with the host in monitoring the internship performance;
• issue, on the host evaluation basis, the results declaration specifying the skills acquired;
• send the statement above to Basilicata Region and to the Job Centre in whose territorial area is located the internship headquarters;
• prepare an annual summary report of placements in order to show the results of insertion / return to work and send it to the Basilicata region;
• send, for monitoring, the Convention and the training project to the Basilicata region and Job Centre.

All operators, public and private, interested to apply as promoters, must submit a request for inclusion in the List at Job Policy Regional Office.

Those who wish to enroll in the regional List must complete the application on-line, via digital signature or pin, on Basilicata Region website (Public Notice "Call for applications for the detection of host organizations and promoters of extracurricular internships " - Italian language).

When an internship begins, the promoter must inform the Basilicata Region through PEC ufficio.politiche.lavoro@cert.regione.basilicata.it
