Youth Guarantee is an European Union project which is aimed at people between 15 and 29 years old. The italian program is adressed to the so-called NEET - Not in Education, Employment or Training, living in Italy - EU nationals or foreigners outside the EU but legally residing in Italy.

Many opportunities to acquire new skills and enter the labor market!

Youth Guarantee through a first phase of orientation can help you to get in touch with the labor market highlighting your potential or completing your educational and professional background with a custom path.

The measures provided by the program are:
• Training to employment
• Reintegration of young people (15-18 years old) in a training program
• Support to job path
• Higher Education and Research apprenticeships
• Civil Service
• Extra-curricular internship in geographical mobility
• Self employment
• Job mobility in Italy or European Union countries  
• Economic bonus employment

Subscrition are open until 31.12.2015 and does not involve charges for young candidates. After subscrition, the loss of the age requirement not exclude from the program.

Sign up by filling out the simple online form, through the regional website Basilicata Cliclavoro (italian language) http://cliclavoro.lavoro.basilicata.it

Alternatively you can contact an italian Job Centre where you will be helped in filling out the application. Visit the "Operating offices" section of this website to learn about locations in Basilicata region.

After online subscrition, and within two months, you will receive an email with directions to the first orientation meeting at a Job Centre.  In line with your profile and within 4 months, it will be offered to you a job or training opportunity.

You can also join through italian portals www.cliclavoro.gov.it or www.garanziagiovani.gov.it
This second way allows you to select one or more italian regions where to take advantage of job opportunities or training experience. For this reason you will receive an email with an invitation to complete the subscrition process on the regional portal where you can indicate the Job Centre you prefer to be contacted.
